1. Who we are
Bold Factory Less (“the software”) is published and owned by Bold Redhok Tech (“we”, “us”). This website presents the software; it is not the software itself, and browsing it creates no licence.
2. Using this website
You may read, quote and share the pages of this site. You may not copy its content to present it as your own, nor use our names, logo or screenshots to suggest a partnership that does not exist.
3. What the descriptions mean
Every module and screen described here exists in the software at the version stated on the site. Features evolve: what you read today may be improved, renamed or reorganised tomorrow. Where a feature is planned rather than delivered, we say so in the same sentence.
4. Licence, installation and support
The right to use the software, its installation, its updates, its support and its price are set in a separate written agreement between your company and us. Nothing on this website replaces that agreement or fixes a price.
5. Your data stays yours
The business data entered in the software belongs to your company: clients, products, stock, accounting, payroll. When the software is installed on your own server, that data never leaves it. When we host it, it is held for you and can be exported at any time in a portable backup.
6. Limits
The software helps you record and check your operations; it does not replace the judgement of your managers, your accountant or your auditor. Tax and social contribution scales are set by your own company, because rates change by decree and we ship none.
